Average Sold Price $415,771 for all homes - Single Family, Town Homes and Condos, up 3.60 from 2006.
Average Days on the Market, 120 days, up from 87 days in 2006.
Average List Price, November 2007 was $461,138, up from $431,228 in 2006.
Percentage of SOLD price of List Price, 90.16%.
